What we collect

We collect page and resource IDs, a temporary random value created for each page load, event types such as views, playback, downloads, calculations and demo actions, receipt times, allowlisted campaigns and broad referral categories including search and AI. A signed value valid for two minutes connects a click from this site to arrival at CAT BEAT.

Our statistics store does not contain raw IP addresses, raw user-agent strings, original search terms, complete referrer URLs, names, emails, accounts or game saves. Servers receive IP addresses and headers during communication. Hosting-provider processing is separate from our statistics store; security and delivery logs depend on the hosting configuration and provider policies.

Purpose and retention

Statistics help us understand content use and movement between sites and improve the service. Raw events are kept for no more than seven days. Daily aggregates with personal and page random identifiers and connection tokens removed are kept for no more than 90 days. Local preview observations are marked as tests.

Stopping statistics

The “Stop visit statistics” button at the bottom stops additional browser events in that tab. Only this choice is stored in sessionStorage. Browsers with DNT or GPC enabled do not send events by default. The choice does not prevent ordinary page requests or hosting security logs. Browser events are not sent when JavaScript is disabled.

We do not create cookies or persistent returning-visitor identifiers. Page random values are not used to track a person across devices or tabs. Contact the email above for questions or rights requests. If aggregated data cannot identify a person, we explain the relevant limits and reasons.
